Terms & Conditions — p2000m

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 To open and maintain an Account with p2000m, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership acting in a representative capacity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. p2000m does not permit individuals under 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by p2000m from time to time.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded individual on the p2000m Platform or any responsible gaming registry applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of p2000m or any of its affiliated service providers.

2.2 By completing registration, you represent and warrant to p2000m that all of the above conditions are met. p2000m reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the p2000m Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid personal email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p2000m strongly recommends setting a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options offered by the Platform. You must notify p2000m's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, p2000m will require you to complete our standard KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where relevant, documentation relating to your payment methods. p2000m may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.5 Account Currency. All p2000m Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Rupiah via the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p2000m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary based on transaction volume, technical maintenance, or regulatory considerations. p2000m reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within the Platform and are subject to change. Members should review current limits before initiating transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to the Member's Account within five minutes during normal Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within sixty seconds. p2000m is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by p2000m within the following timelines, subject to completion of KYC verification:

• Royal Tier Members: Same-day processing, typically within 1–2 hours of approval.
• Platinum Tier Members: Same-day processing, typically within 2–4 hours of approval.
• Gold Tier Members: Priority same-business-day processing, typically within 4–8 hours.
• Silver Tier Members: Standard processing within 24 hours of approval on business days.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. p2000m applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Member funds from fraudulent redirection.

4.6 Transaction Records. p2000m maintains a complete transaction history for each Account. Members may access their own transaction records at any time through the Account portal. In the event of a dispute, p2000m's transaction records shall be considered authoritative unless the Member can demonstrate a clear technical error.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by p2000m are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. These specific terms take precedence over the general Terms & Conditions in the event of any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed. The standard wagering requirement at p2000m is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 2,500,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots and Scratch Cards: 100% contribution
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 15% contribution
• Live Casino Games: 10% contribution
• Sportsbook Wagers (single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater): 100% contribution
• Sportsbook Wagers (odds below 1.50) and system bets: 50% contribution
• Video Poker: 5% contribution

5.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus Active. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account and subject to wagering requirements, the maximum permissible bet per round or spin is Rp 25,000. Exceeding this limit on any single wager will void the bonus and all associated winnings. This rule applies to all game types including slots, table games, and sportsbook bets.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire 30 days after the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered at the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. p2000m reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): operating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, colluding with other Members, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by p2000m. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager for any reason, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or breach of these Terms. A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by our system and a confirmation receipt has been issued.

6.2 Odds and Line Changes. Odds and betting lines displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice until the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds displayed on your bet confirmation slip, even if those odds later change.

6.3 Settlement and Disputes. p2000m will settle all bets in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body or data provider for that sport or event. In the event of a dispute, p2000m's decision shall be final. Members wishing to challenge a settlement must submit a written dispute to our support team within 14 days of the bet settlement date, including full details and supporting evidence.

6.4 Abandoned or Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific sports may carry different rules as published on the sportsbook pages.

6.5 Casino RNG Certification. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games offered on the p2000m Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These games have been independently tested and certified for fairness. p2000m does not operate its own RNG engine and has no ability to influence game outcomes.

6.6 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional casino studios. Once a bet is placed and confirmed in a live game, it cannot be cancelled. Technical disconnections during live play will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's rules, which are available within each live casino game interface.

6.7 Prohibited Betting Practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p2000m Platform:

• Placing bets after an event has already commenced (late betting) unless the market is explicitly designated as a live in-play market.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or software to place wagers.
• Arbitrage betting (simultaneously placing opposing bets on different platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome).
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or incorrectly published odds.

p2000m actively monitors for prohibited betting practices. Accounts engaged in such activity will be suspended, and all associated winnings will be voided.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. p2000m is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Members to manage their gambling activity. We recognize that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic. Our goal is to provide entertainment in a safe and controlled environment.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will take effect within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place wagers, or receive any marketing communications from p2000m.

7.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings page. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

7.4 Session Time Reminders. Members may enable session time reminders that will notify you after a specified duration of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage periodic breaks and mindful play.

7.5 Reality Checks. The Platform provides periodic reality check notifications during extended sessions, displaying your current session duration, net win/loss, and account balance.

8.1 All content displayed on the p2000m Platform, including (but not limited to) text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of p2000m or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 The p2000m name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of p2000m. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8.3 Third-party game content (including game titles, imagery, and software) is the property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, etc.) and is used by p2000m under license. All rights to such third-party content remain with the original rights holders.

9.1 Service Availability. While p2000m endeavors to provide uninterrupted Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be subject to planned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. p2000m will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

9.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting odds, results, or any other aspect of the Platform, p2000m reserves the right to void all affected wagers and restore Member balances to their pre-error state. Members will be notified of any such errors and corrective actions taken.

9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p2000m's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount wagered by that Member in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. p2000m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if p2000m has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.5 Member Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless p2000m, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your misuse of the Platform.

10.1 p2000m is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. Our full data protection practices are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to p2000m collecting, processing, and storing your personal information as necessary to provide betting and gaming services, comply with regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements), and improve the Platform.

10.3 p2000m employs industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method once all pending bets have been settled. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by p2000m. p2000m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• You are operating multiple Accounts;
• You are engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• You are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account;
• Your Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account by p2000m for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to you, subject to completion of any outstanding investigations.

11.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 will be deducted from dormant Account balances until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated. Members will receive notice by email before dormancy fees commence.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the Member and p2000m. 12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.1 p2000m reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
